Delivery within Australia

Our print store delivers within Australia only. All prices are in Australian dollars. Prints are made to order by Prodigi and supplied unframed, with the white border included in the full paper size selected.

Delivery charges

Standard Australian delivery is A$10.99 for orders below A$189 and free for print orders with a product subtotal of A$189 or more. Your final delivery charge is shown before payment.

Production and delivery

Most fine art prints take approximately 2–3 working days to produce. Delivery time is additional and varies with the paper size, production route, carrier and Australian delivery address. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Public holidays and carrier delays can affect delivery.

Prodigi chooses a suitable production facility. Some sizes may be produced outside Australia; Australian delivery availability does not mean every print is produced locally. For a current estimate or an important deadline, contact hello@tomcannon.com.au with your postcode and chosen print size before ordering.

Packaging and tracking

Packaging depends on the print size and production facility and may include protective envelopes, rolled boxes or tubes. Frames and mounts are not included. Tracking is provided where the selected service supports it. Multiple prints may arrive in separate parcels.

Delivery problems

Please check your delivery address before purchase and contact us promptly if a parcel is delayed, damaged or incorrect. Include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the print and packaging. See our returns and print quality policy for remedies and return instructions.
