Behind the photographDiscover the story of this encounter
An original Australian sea lion photograph by Tom Cannon.
Two curious sea lion pups playfully compete for the camera’s attention. They spent more than an hour exploring my presence in their home.
To me, their interaction resembled the familiar push and pull of siblings—a moment captured in the wild.
Fine Art Prints
Each photograph is printed to order using giclée printing and archival pigment inks on bright white, 240gsm Lustre Photo Paper.
The satin finish has a subtle pearl-like texture. The paper supports rich colour, deep blacks and crisp detail, while pigment inks help reproduce smooth tonal transitions. Together, these qualities suit the colour and texture of wildlife photographs.
Your print is supplied unframed, with the white border included in the artwork.
The full photograph is centred without cropping. Choose a frame for the full paper size. The available sizes are selected for Australian customers.
Delivery and returns
Most fine art prints take approximately 2–3 working days to produce. Shipping time is additional and depends on your Australian delivery address and production route.
