Whilst snorkelling off a small island home to a colony of Australian Sea Lions, I was approached by this young pup. It was as fascinated by me as I was by it! Playfully dancing around me.
I was astonished when it disappeared only to return with a large piece of sea weed in its mouth.
We proceeded to play tug of war for the next 5 minutes while I used my other hand to position my camera to my eye and capture this image.
It really is true what they say about Sea Lions being the puppies of the ocean!
